To request a different bin size, please reach out to our customer service department. They'll assist you in selecting the most appropriate container for your needs and arrange for the exchange.
We strongly advise placing your bins out the evening before your scheduled collection to prevent missed pickups. If you do miss your collection day, please get in touch with our customer support team to discuss alternative arrangements.
To initiate service, you can easily sign up through our website. We'll deliver your bins on the next business day. To discontinue service, please inform our customer service team at least seven days in advance.
For oversized items such as furniture, appliances, or yard waste, please request an estimate from La Mela's Sanitation Service to arrange a special collection. We'll provide a quote based on the type and quantity of items. Alternatively, you may have the option to bring certain items directly to our facility, potentially utilizing our scale service at no cost or at a reduced rate.
Please report any missed collections within 24 hours. If we verify that the missed pickup was due to an error on our part, we'll return to collect your waste within one business day at no additional cost to you.
